Sign Up and Refund Policy
  • A deposit of HK$1,000 is required.  
  • Birthday deposit is non refundable once date is confirmed.  
  • Paid birthday fees are not transferable to class fees.  
  • No birthday party is confirmed by phone reservations.  
  • No birthday party is confirmed before the payment is received.  
  •
Phone reservations should be followed up by completed and signed birthday party forms either by post, email, fax or hand in person within 72 hours.
  
  • Once date is confirmed, the party cannot be rescheduled.  
  • For payment, cash or cheque will be accepted. Please make cheques payable to “My Kiddy Gym Limited”.

  Safety and Fun  
  • Dress your child in loose-fitting clothing.  
  •
During activities time, children need to be barefoot to ensure safety and adequate textural stimulation. Parents are required to wear clean socks.
 
  • All children attending birthday parties at My Kiddy Gym must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.  
  • Please refrain from eating or drinking on carpeted areas.  
  • Please turn your mobile phone to silent mode.  
       
  Bad Weather Arrangement  
  •
Birthday party will be cancelled when Typhoon No. 8 or Black Rain Signal is hoisted. Birthday party will resume 3 hours after Typhoon No. 8 or Black Rain Signal has been lifted. No refund and no make-up date will be scheduled under bad weather condition.
 
       
  Conditions of Entry  
  •
For safety and hygiene reasons, My Kiddy Gym Limited only allows a maximum of 50 persons including adults and children for each birthday party.
  
  •
Children who are sick or show any symptom of illness are advised not to attend Birthday parties. Body temperature will be taken for anyone entering the premises. My Kiddy Gym Limited reserves the right to ask people to leave the premises if people are of an unwell health condition.
  
  • All adults are required to wear clean socks at the premises.
